The Opportunity
You’ll join a high-performing Business Advisory team, working closely with experienced Managers and Directors who are genuinely invested in your development.
This is more than a compliance role — you’ll gain exposure to advisory work, client relationships, and real business decision-making.
We’re open to both Intermediate and Senior Accountants who are ready to:

• Take ownership
• Be part of a firm going through meaningful and positive change

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing financial statements and tax returns for a diverse client base
• Assisting with BAS, compliance reviews, and advisory support
• Working alongside senior team members on business advisory projects
• Building strong client relationships and managing day-to-day queries
• Collaborating with local and offshore teams to deliver seamless service

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years’ experience in public practice accounting
• Strong grounding in financial reporting and tax compliance
• Exposure to (or interest in) advisory work
• Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive mindset and willingness to grow
