Nexia Perth has an exciting opportunity for a full time Client Services Coordinator role reporting to a team of accountants and corporate administrators within our Business Advisory division. This role would suit someone looking for a dynamic position where no two days are the same.

Primary Responsibilities 

• Liaising with the ATO on behalf of clients: submitting forms and lodgements, making telephone calls and obtaining information/documents via the ATO portal 
• Liaising with ASIC on behalf of clients: submitting forms, making telephone calls, applying for registrations and obtaining information/documents via ASIC’s website
• Preparing and reviewing forms, correspondence and other documents for clients as needed to support the accounting team 
• General administration duties for the accounting and corporate administration teams
• Maintaining our client database and corporate volumes, both hard and soft copy
• Client telephone calls and correspondence 

What we are looking for:

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong overall IT literacy.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• Experience in professional services is advantageous but not essential.
