The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Senior Marketing Executive to take ownership of servicing an internal client base comprised of the firm’s Partners and Staff. Reporting to the Marketing and Business Development Manager, this role leads client and market initiatives that support Nexia Sydney’s strategic direction and growth.
This is a highly autonomous role, working closely with our Sydney team and national colleagues to ensure messaging is clear, consistent and effective. You’ll support service lines to communicate confidently and connect with the right audiences.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys leading projects, making decisions and delivering practical, thoughtful marketing. This role offers genuine opportunity to shape direction, influence reputation and contribute to how Nexia is seen by clients, staff and the wider market.
The Role
- Create and implement strategies to grow target client and sector audiences
- Work with the Marketing and BD Manager to manage the budget to support planning and execution of annual marketing and business development activities
- Monitor client and market trends to identify growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to support firm profitability
- Support Partners and service lines to execute client growth and BD initiatives
- Run the annual Client Listening Program and use feedback to support firm growth
- Track and report competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and develop content themes
- Find partnership opportunities for Nexia’s brand expansion and lead generation
- Lead initiatives to strengthen reputation and referrer relationships
- Develop and deliver go-to-market and new business campaigns for target audiences, using market and client insights.
