This hands-on People & culture coordinator role, you will be the first point of contact for all P&C related queries. You will have the opportunity to work across the whole business on all aspects of P&C including, learning and development, attraction and selection, performance management, reward and recognition, policies and procedures, and employer legislative compliance to ensure ultimate employee engagement and employer of choice status.

Your Focus:

• Managing recruitment and onboarding processes, including all pre-employment checks through to issuing contracts of employment 
• Providing advice to employees within policies and procedures 
• Maintaining personnel records and associated human resource information systems 
• Coordinating learning and development initiatives
• Assisting with delivering strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction 

You Have:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience within an P&C position, ideally within a professional service environment 
• Completed a related degree or further study 
• Excellent understanding of HR best practice and legislation 
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines 
• The ability to work autonomously with a proactive mindset
