The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Auditor to join our Audit & Assurance division in our Melbourne CBD office. This role is ideal for recent accounting graduates eager to kick-start their professional career in a supportive environment that encourages development and progression.
 
This graduate program commences in February 2026, giving you the chance to enjoy your summer break before starting your professional journey with us.
 
In this role you will:

• Assist in performing audit testing procedures, including substantive and analytical testing across various client engagements.
• Support the team in preparing audit working papers, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with auditing standards.
• Liaise with clients to request information, clarify queries and support the smooth delivery of audit engagements.
• Work collaboratively with Partners, Managers and colleagues across the Audit Division and wider firm.
• Learn to use audit and accounting systems including CaseWare, APS, Xero and other relevant cloud-based tools.

What you'll bring:

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline
• Completion of CA prerequisite subjects (eligibility to commence the CA Program)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of accounting concepts and standards
• A proactive attitude and ability to work well in a team
