The Opportunity
Exciting opportunity for a motivated Client Services Officer to join our accounting firm. This is a opportunity to work in a social and supportive team in a professional and friendly environment.
  
The Role

• Front-of-house reception duties such as answering and directing call, emails, and queries
• Meeting and greeting clients and act as a liaison with internal clients and external suppliers
• Maintaining room bookings and facilitating room setup
• Catering for internal or external meetings
• General office administration duties and office maintenance

  
As this is an in-house, client-facing position, you will be required to attend the office on business days.
  
Our core business hours are 8:30am-5:00pm.
  
About You

• Ability to work in the office from Monday-to-Friday, between 8:30am to 5:00pm. On occasion, you may be asked to work before or after this time to support the business with its core activities.
• Friendly and professional candidate with corporate presentation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High level of service delivery and client care
• Able to work proactively, autonomously and with others as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
• Organisational & time management skill
• Problem solving skills and willing to contribute ideas
• Previous experience in the professional services environment will be well regarded
