About the role
Our Financial Services team cater to a broad range of clients, assessing their financial health and selecting the right products and investments to structure a financial plan that suits their individual goals and life-stage.
 
Providing support to the Financial Services Partners and Advisers, the Client Services Officer will be responsible for:

• Preparing necessary research and investment data to communicate to clients on their ongoing portfolio management objectives;
• Managing and documenting the ongoing client service process for each financial advisor;
• Processing client application and redemption transactions;
• Maintaining regular contact with clients, developing and maintaining good relationships and fostering client excellence; and
• General administrative duties

This is a full time, in-house position with the opportunity to shift to a hybrid working environment as part of our flexible working policy. 

About you:
To be considered for this role you must:

• have completed a degree in Finance or Financial Planning;
• have at least one years' experience in client service (financial planning)
• at a minimum, have basic skills in Microsoft Office Suite;
• have experience using BT Wrap, Macquarie Wrap, Netwealth and Xplan (desirable); and
• have excellent attention to detail.

• exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbally and written; and
• be proactive and solution oriented, with pride in their own work.
