Manager, Performance Marketing & Client Services

Our client, a fast-growing digital marketing agency in based in Vaughan / North of Toronto.  They are hiring a Manager of Performance Marketing & Client Services.

Location: Remote / Hybrid (occasional travel to Vaughan, Ontario)

This is a leadership role focused on managing a team of Digital Marketing Specialists and Account Managers, while overseeing paid media strategy, campaign performance, and client service across a large portfolio of franchise accounts. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Meta, Google Ads/PMAX, and programmatic platforms, along with experience managing high-volume accounts and leading operational excellence within an agency environment.

To be considered for this role, you must have hands-on experience leading a small team, and have working knowledge of media buying for Meta and Google platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Lead and develop paid media and client services teams
• Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and manage workload distribution
• Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Client Services

• Oversee service delivery for franchise clients
• Handle high-level escalations and key client relationships
• Support onboarding and franchise expansions

Performance Marketing

• Guide strategy across Meta, Google, PMAX, and Programmatic
• Analyze dashboards and drive optimization
• Lead testing, creative updates, and ensure KPI alignment

Operations

• Enforce SOPs, QA, and reporting workflows
• Optimize internal processes and resource planning
• Collaborate with senior leadership on systems improvement

Requirements

• 5+ years managing performance marketing teams in an agency
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Meta, Google Ads/PMAX, Programmatic
• Proven success managing 50–100 paid accounts
• Excellent leadership, client management, and analytical skills
• Experience with franchise or multi-unit brands is a strong asset
• Highly organized and process-driven
