Sales Manager (Medical Supplies)

Our client, a leading medical supply distribution company, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and help develop a high-performing sales team. This role requires a strategic sales professional with at least 5 years of experience in medical supplies or a related industry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for business development, client prospecting, market analysis, and managing key customer relationships across corporate, government, and public health sectors.

This role is only open to those with past experience selling level 1 and 2 medical supplies, including consumables, PPE, infection control, etc.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue across multiple healthcare industries.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare organizations and key clients.
• Oversee distribution channel management and enforce pricing strategies.
• Monitor sales performance using CRM tools and drive accountability through KPIs.
• Manage contract negotiations and ensure regulatory compliance within the Canadian healthcare system.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align sales initiatives.

• 5-7 years of experience in B2B and B2C sales, preferably within the medical supplies industry.
• Strong understanding of the Canadian healthcare system, procurement processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Valid Ontario G License and ability to travel for business.
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
