Director of Growth Marketing

Our scale-up client developed a SaaS marketplace platform that connects Commercial Real Estate (CRE) brokers with lenders, and we're seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to grow and develop the marketing campaigns for this client.

Location: Miami (Doral)
Hybrid / in-office

The role involves leading all marketing operations, focusing on executing and monetizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Paid Social, SEM, and display advertising. The Director will oversee agency and vendor relationships, ensuring an integrated marketing strategy and meeting performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance market share
• maintaining brand consistency
• identifying customer trends
• aligning communication strategies with the product roadmap
• building and managing a high-caliber marketing team
• leading digital marketing campaigns
• tracking and reporting on campaign performance
• making data-driven decisions through market research and customer feedback

• degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 5+ years of marketing experience in a SaaS or Digital Marketplace
• 3+ years in a marketing leadership role
• experience or knowledge of the CRE industry is preferred
• strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
