Law Clerk, Family Law

Our client is a national law firm with offices all across Canada, and we're seeking a Family Law Law Clerk / Paralegal to join their growing team.

Location: Vaughan, ON (407 and 400)
Hybrid / remote with some in-office requirements

We require someone who can be a key team member, responsible for assisting the lawyers in their assigned practice group to manage assignments and priorities to ensure deadlines are met and files are continuously and consistently moving forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting legal documents like affidavits, separation agreements, and motion materials.
• Preparing financial statements and managing uncontested divorce files.
• Liaising with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff.
• Assisting with business development initiatives.

Requirements:

• Law Clerk Diploma or Paralegal Licence.
• Minimum 3 years of family law experience.
• Proficiency with litigation support software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Primafact).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
