Manager, Franchise Growth & Recruiting Services

Our client is a National Franchise organization and we're seeking a Manager, Franchise Growth & Recruiting Services to support the growth the sales teams inside the franchise network.

Location: Remote, with occasional travel required
Work Environment: Hybrid (2-3 days from home weekly)

The role involves developing growth-oriented training, coaching, and accountability programs to support franchise recruitment and retention goals. The Manager will work closely with franchisees to optimize lead generation and conversion programs, enhance technology usage, and manage vendor partnerships, while providing ongoing performance management and business intelligence support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Growth Services Management: Lead partnerships for training, develop recruitment programs, and conduct technology webinars.
• Engagement & Performance: Manage brokerage growth strategies and ensure service adoption.
• Business Intelligence: Track metrics, oversee recruiter awards, and generate annual dashboards.
• Social Media & Brand: Support digital presence and brand awareness through conferences and social media.

• 5+ years in recruiting, sales, or account management roles.
• Experience in franchise operations or recruiting is an asset.
• Strong relationship management, technology fluency, and marketing experience.
• Bilingual (English/French) candidates are preferred.
