The Opportunity
Are you passionate about customer service and ready to step into a leadership role where you can make a real impact? Oncall Language Services is looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Team Leader to join our Perth team. This ongoing role offers flexibility with full-time or part-time options, providing a rewarding career path where you will:
- Lead, coach, and support a small team of Customer Service Officers, fostering a high-performance and positive team culture.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and identify development opportunities to help your team grow and succeed.
- Be committed to delivering exceptional customer service and setting the standard for your team.
- Respond to escalated inbound customer enquiries, offering appropriate solutions from our comprehensive range of services.
- Accurately capture customer requirements, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Take ownership of client outcomes and work towards seamless resolution, maintaining strong relationships.
- Drive team success by meeting targets and contributing to a positive, accountable work culture.
- Be solutions-focused, with a proactive, high-care approach for both clients and colleagues.
- Work Monday to Friday, on site, with 8 hour shifts starting between 7am and 11am and finishing between 3pm and 7pm.

- Experience in a customer service or customer-facing environment, such as a contact centre, hospitality, or retail setting.
- Demonstrated experience leading or supervising a small team, with a genuine interest in developing others.
- A passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Strong ability to learn quickly and a drive to succeed.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with customers and team members alike.
- A friendly, personable phone manner.
- Strong time management and attention to detail, ensuring high accuracy in every task.
- Proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
- Experience using CRM software and other web-based systems.
- A track record of taking ownership of outcomes and achieving both personal and team goals.
- Positive attitude, resilience under pressure, and the ability to uplift team morale.
- A high standard of care for both clients and internal teams.
