About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in delivering a seamless and engaging recruitment experience across the employee lifecycle, providing operational and administrative support throughout the hiring process.
Supporting the TA Lead and partnering closely with the ANZ People Team and business leaders across Australia, New Zealand, and Global teams, this role supports the attraction, coordination, and hiring of top talent in line with CTM's recruitment policies and processes.
The role is instrumental in driving efficient recruitment operations, supporting job advertising, candidate management, interview coordination, and onboarding activities, while supporting the TA Lead on ongoing projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide recruitment consulting administrative support including but not limited to supporting end to end recruitment task, this includes job briefs, posting job advertisements, managing candidate applications, updating the ATS (JobAdder) and other recruitment platforms (Linkedin & SEEK)
- Respond to recruitment enquiries via Outlook, FreshService and JobAdder, action tasks and requests from the business as required
- Drafting advertisements that attract and engage candidates for positions.
- Co-ordinate recruitment processes, coordinating with the hiring manager and updating the ATS and other HR related systems.
- Support managing candidates from application through to onboarding whilst providing an exceptional experience.
- Assist with shortlisting candidates and candidate screening calls
- Submit references checks through reference check platform
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders
Education and Experience - Demonstrated experience within an internal recruitment team or recruitment agency (desirable) with up to 2 years' experience
