ABOUT THE ROLE
The Solution Architect (SA) will be responsible for designing, documenting, and leading the implementation of solutions across our client-facing applications, acting as an intermediary between the business and technical teams. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying the future state architecture of the CTM Systems & Infrastructure and contributing to the guidelines of architectural practices standards and governance model charted by the Global Head of Engineering & Architecture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and lead the implementation of a solutions architecture across a group of specific business applications or technologies based on business strategy, business capabilities, and business requirements.
- Assist the CTO and CPO with any RFP and sales process/presentation.
- Provide consulting support to Product & Engineering Squads to ensure the project aligns with the enterprise architecture.
- Analyse system requirements and ensure that systems will be securely integrated with current applications.
- Develop comprehensive architectural solutions that serve as blueprints for system development.
- Liaise and collaborate with software engineers to implement architectural designs.
- Document all architectural designs and analyses comprehensively for future reference.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends to ensure solutions are current and competitive
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, programming, and management principles.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the design and delivery of complex IT solutions.
- Ability to analyse the technology environment and enterprise specifics, including software systems, hardware, and networks.
- Strong communication skills to guide stakeholders in making the right decisions.
- An ability to think outside the square.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.

- Listening carefully to customer issues and needs
- Excellent customer service skills, and you enjoy interacting with a broad range of people.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
