About the Role
Your core focus is to qualify each call, chat, email, or system queue, processing in an expert manner, with accuracy and adhering to the relevant customer travel policy. Processing includes, but is not limited to generating air, car, hotel, ferry, rail and coach reservations. You will help with all aspects of a travel booking such as destination information, excess baggage, and transfers. A key driver for our clients is value for money, so providing cost-effective yet time-effective travel options are a must.
If you have exceptional client service skills, we want to talk to you! A typical day will see you managing end to end travel management solutions for clients leaving them feeling completely inspired. You will need to be task oriented and comfortable managing travels, transfer, bookings etc.
About You:
