What You'll Be Doing
You'll assist customers with a variety of enquiries, including:

• Billing and account enquiries.
• Payment support and payment plans.
• Water, wastewater, and service enquiries.
• Supporting customers through difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Finding practical solutions while delivering an excellent customer experience.

You'll develop strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working across phone and digital channels.

Working Hours

• Full-time: 38 hours per week.
• Part-time: 25 hours per week.
• Rosters operate between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, so flexibility across these hours is required.
• Part-time employees must be available full-time during the initial six-week training period.
