You'll be at the centre of the commercial property market, developing relationships with agents, landlords, project managers, cost consultants and other key industry contacts, identifying opportunities and helping turn conversations into projects.

The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and helping to develop a strong pipeline of future projects.
Day-to-day, you'll be:

• Generating opportunities through outbound calls, networking and relationship building
• Developing connections with commercial property professionals across the market
• Identifying upcoming office relocations, refurbishments and workplace projects
• Managing and nurturing a pipeline of prospective clients
• Working closely with internal teams to convert opportunities into live projects
• Attending industry events and building your market presence

  
About You

We're interested in speaking with individuals who have experience within business development, sales, lead generation or another commercially focused, client-facing role.

You'll likely have:

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders
• A proactive and resilient approach
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• The ambition to develop a long-term career within business development

Previous experience within the commercial property, construction, workplace, interiors or design and build sectors would be advantageous, but is not essential.
