Lead the preparation of detailed estimates, cost plans, and tender submissions for commercial and high-end residential projects

Preferred Requirements:

Conduct feasibility studies and early-stage budgeting, leveraging your advanced analytical and numerical skills
Analyze drawings, specifications, and consultant documentation to ensure accurate and comprehensive cost estimates
Manage the full tender lifecycle from invitation through to submission, evaluating subcontractor and supplier pricing
Identify and assess project risks and opportunities, contributing to the success of our projects
Provide clear commercial handovers to delivery teams, ensuring a seamless transition

Preferred Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying/Estimating, with a proven track record of delivering estimates on commercial and high-end residential projects
Relevant qualification in Construction or Quantity Surveying, demonstrating your expertise in the field
Strong knowledge of New Zealand construction contracts (NZS 3910, 3915, 4202, NZIA), ensuring compliance and best practices
