We're partnering with a growing solar and battery company in South Australia with a genuine commitment to quality workmanship and outstanding customer outcomes. Our client is building toward being the state's leading solar and battery provider and they're growing their installation team to get there.

If you're a licensed electrician with Solar PV and Battery experience or looking to get your foot in the door of the renewable energy industry with a clear pathway to Solar PV and Battery accreditation, this is the role for you.

The Package:

• $55 – $60 per hour
• Incentive bonuses on top

The Work:

You'll be working across residential, commercial and industrial sites, completing the electrical groundwork that makes quality solar and battery installations possible.

• Switchboard upgrades and meter panel works
• Electrical isolation, testing and verification
• Supporting accredited Solar PV and Battery installers on site
• Inverter, battery and isolator installation support
• Cable routing, termination and compliance checks

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Prepare sites electrically ahead of solar and battery installation activities
• Assist with pre-commissioning checks and system verification under accredited supervision
• Maintain clean, safe and organised work sites that reflect well on the business
• Communicate clearly with your team around job progress and material needs
• Work toward your Solar PV and Battery qualifications through on-the-job learning

What You'll Need:

• NZ Electrical License
• Solid knowledge of electrical systems, switchboards and wiring
• Ability to read electrical plans and technical drawings
• A team-first attitude and pride in quality workmanship
• Full NZ Drivers License
