The role
As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle from initial conversation and product demonstration through to close and handover.
 
You will lead high-quality sales engagements by understanding prospect challenges, delivering compelling demos, guiding decision-makers through a consultative process, and closing deals that create long-term value.
 
While inbound opportunities will contribute to your pipeline, you will also proactively engage new prospects, create conversations, and generate opportunities through outbound activity.
 
This role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in customer-facing environments, and takes pride in running a structured and professional sales process.

What you will bring 

• Proven experience closing deals and achieving sales targets
• Ability to manage a structured, consultative sales cycle end-to-end
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confidence in leading customer conversations and developing demo capability
• Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and adapt
• Ability to contribute ideas and challenge constructively
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Commercial awareness and accountability across the full sales cycle
• Willingness to generate new opportunities through networking and outbound activities

Nice to have

• Previous B2B sales experience
• SaaS or software sales/demonstration experience
• Solution-based selling experience
• Confidence using presentation tools such as Canva (not essential, training will be provided)
• Experience working across SMB to enterprise clients
