About the Role
Working alongside an experienced Wills & Estates team, you will manage a broad range of private client matters including:

• Preparing Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Advance Health Directives.
• Succession planning advice for individuals, families and business owners.
• Drafting testamentary trusts and other estate planning documents.
• Estate administration, including Probate and Letters of Administration.
• Advising executors and beneficiaries throughout the administration process.
• Estate disputes and Family Provision Applications.
• Preparing estate accounts, distributions and finalising estates.
• Building trusted, long-term relationships with clients through practical and compassionate advice.

About You
We're interested in speaking with lawyers who:

• Have approximately 1-5 years' PQE in Wills, Estates and Succession Law (if less experience, we want to hear from you) 
• Enjoy building genuine relationships with clients.
• Have excellent drafting skills and strong attention to detail.
• Are organised, proactive and able to manage matters with increasing autonomy.
• Value working collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
• Are looking for a long-term opportunity where they can continue to develop professionally.
