Optio6 Talent Partners has partnered with a well-established national accounting and advisory firm experiencing significant growth across its Brisbane practice.

We're looking for an experienced Tax & Business Advisory professional who is ready to take the next step in their career—whether you're already operating as a Senior Manager, or you're an ambitious Assistant Manager or Manager who has demonstrated exceptional leadership and technical capability and is ready for the opportunity you've been working towards.

What you'll be doing You'll play a key leadership role by:

• Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing team
• Managing workflow, delegation and team capacity
• Reviewing complex taxation and compliance work
• Building trusted relationships with privately owned businesses and clients
• Identifying commercial and advisory opportunities
• Working closely with two highly supportive Partners
• Helping drive operational excellence across the team

The role has an approximate 80% Tax Compliance / 20% Business Advisory focus, making strong technical taxation knowledge just as important as your leadership capability.

Salary Package: $140,000 - $180,000
Salary will be determined based on your experience, technical capability and leadership background, with flexibility to recognise exceptional candidates.
