About the Role
In this full-time position (part-time considered based on exp.) you'll handle complex and rewarding family law matters, delivering strategic legal advice and expert representation to a diverse client base.

With the support of a dedicated team and access to best-in-class resources, you'll play a key role in achieving the best possible outcomes for your clients while building lasting professional relationships.
 
What You'll Be Doing

• Advising clients on a wide range of family law issues including parenting arrangements, separation, property settlements, and domestic violence
• High-quality legal documentation, including affidavits, financial agreements, and consent orders
• Representing clients confidently in court, mediations, and negotiations
• Working closely with the legal team to deliver cohesive and effective legal strategies
• Managing your caseload autonomously while contributing to a high-performing team
• Mentor and coach junior lawyers

 
What We're Looking For

• Admitted Lawyer in Queensland with 3-5+ years post-admission experience in family law
• Strong understanding of family law legislation, court procedures, and legal precedent
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop rapport and trust with clients
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex matters and juggle competing priorities
• A proactive mindset and collaborative working style
• Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle for court appearances as required
