Optio6 Talent Partners has partnered with a leading global law firm to appoint a senior leader to establish and scale their Company Secretarial / Entity Governance offering in Australia.

This is not a traditional Company Secretarial role.

You’ll take a proven, high-performing model from the UK & Ireland and build it from the ground up in Australia, adapting it to the local regulatory landscape while shaping a new, client-facing service line.

Working closely with a highly regarded corporate legal team, you’ll deliver integrated governance and entity management solutions, while contributing to a broader global growth strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing
Build & launch a new service offering

• Establish the Australian Company Secretarial / Entity Management function
• Adapt global frameworks to local regulatory requirements
• Define service scope, pricing, and delivery model

Drive growth & client engagement

• Partner with legal teams to identify and win new work
• Build trusted relationships with corporate clients
• Contribute to go-to-market strategy and pipeline development

Lead service delivery excellence

• Oversee governance, compliance, and entity management services
• Ensure high-quality, consistent delivery aligned to global standards
• Continuously improve processes and client experience

Own commercial & operational performance

• Manage risk, quality, and profitability of the service line
• Build and scale a high-performing team over time
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment

What You’ll Bring
You may come from backgrounds such as:

• Company Secretarial leadership
• Corporate governance or entity management services
• Corporate services / trust environments
• Legal or accounting firms with governance exposure

Key experience:

• Strong experience in Company Secretarial / governance services in Australia
• Deep understanding of corporate law and compliance frameworks
• Experience building, scaling, or transforming a service or team
• Proven ability to win work and grow client relationships
• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution
• Confidence operating in ambiguous, growth-stage environments
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability

Experience in a global or international environment is advantageous.
