The Opportunity
You will join a busy and well-established practice known for delivering exceptional client service and results. The firm fosters a collaborative environment where lawyers are supported to take ownership of their matters while continuing to develop professionally.
This role is ideal for a Family Lawyer with at least 3 years' post-admission experience who is looking to take the next step in their career within a modern and forward-thinking firm.
 
About You

• Minimum 3+ years PAE specialising in family law
• Strong technical knowledge across a range of family law matters
• Confident managing files end-to-end with a high level of autonomy
• Excellent drafting and communication skills, including complex matters
• Client-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• A positive mindset and genuine passion for family law

What You'll Need

• Current Australian Practising Certificate
• Proven ability to achieve strong client outcomes
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think laterally
