A well-established, highly respected firm on the Sunshine Coast is looking to bring on an 2 x experienced Litigation Lawyer to work closely with one of their Directors across a broad range of civil and commercial disputes.

What you'll be doing

• Running your own matters across civil and commercial litigation
• Collaborating directly with a Director on complex disputes
• Advising clients with a strong commercial lens
• Taking ownership of strategy, negotiations, and outcomes

What we're looking for

• 8+ years' experience in litigation
• A confident operator who can manage files end-to-end
• Strong commercial awareness and practical problem-solving skills
• Someone who values quality work and a collaborative environment
