A leading Sunshine Coast property and commercial law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancer (minimum 1+ years' experience) to join their dynamic and supportive team.
 
This role offers the opportunity to work closely within an established Commercial & Property firm, assisting with the end-to-end management of residential files, with exposure to commercial matters for those looking to broaden their skill set.
 
The Role
You will play an integral role in the day-to-day running of conveyancing files, full support by senior lawyers with ongoing training and mentoring, working collaboratively with the wider team and supporting smooth transaction processes from start to finish.
 
About You

• Minimum 1+ years' experience in a conveyancing role (residential or commercial)
• Solid understanding of residential conveyancing transactions
• Skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with LEAP Legal software is advantageous
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to think on your feet

• Salary commensurate with experience from $80k - $95k + Super (open to discuss)
