The Opportunity
You will step into a key leadership position within a growing Personal Injury team, working closely with two Directors to drive the direction of the practice.
With an existing portfolio of approximately 25-30 quality files, supported by a Junior Lawyer and Legal Secretary, this role offers the rare balance of autonomy, mentorship, and strategic influence.
This is a quality-over-quantity environment.
You will not be managing high-volume matters. Instead, the focus is on well-run files, meaningful client relationships, and strong outcomes.

About You - Experienced Senior Associate or Special Counsel in Personal Injury
- Confident managing files end-to-end with strong client focus
- Passionate about mentoring and developing junior lawyers
- Commercially aware with a desire to contribute to practice growth
- Accredited Specialist or working towards accreditation viewed favourably
- Additional practice area expertise is welcomed but not essential
