The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Robotics & AGV Operator on Day Shift. This is a full-time role, working Monday - Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm.
As a Robotics & AGV Operator you will be working as part of a small team, it is critical to the success of this role that you are able to do the following:
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Work well under pressure
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Able to work both independently, and as part of a team
- Engage with your peers and develop credibility among them
- Work autonomously with limited supervision
About You
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a food manufacturing or warehousing environment
- A safety mindset with a strong commitment to ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and others
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
- Can work and communicate well in a team environment
- Great organisational and time management skills
- Able to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Previous experience working with Robotic Palletisers, Automated Palletising Systems or Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) is highly desired
