About the job
We are looking for a full-time Receptionist who will work in the Mazars Melbourne Support team. Your responsibilities will include, but is not limited to:
• Answering and directing all incoming phone calls
• Meet and greet all visitors
• Ensure meeting rooms and front foyer area are kept tidy
• Coordinating and preparing meeting rooms
• Process all incoming and outgoing mail/deliveries
• Organising couriers
• Building security access card management
• Liaise with facilities management
• Maintaining stationery and kitchen supplies and ordering stationery as necessary
• Provide administrative support as requested to multiple departments
• Organise catering as required
About you:
• Experience as a Receptionist or Administrator with strong communication skills
• Proven strong time management and organisational qualities
• A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and initiative
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good skills in Excel, Outlook and Word
