In this role, you will work within our HR team and report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager. The primary focus of the role is to provide recruitment services internally to our accounting teams. You can expect to receive training, guidance, and support. This is an ideal role for someone with 1 - 2 years of recruitment experience who wants to develop their career in this field.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with everyday recruiting
- Setting up interviews
- Interviewing candidates
- Applicant screening
- Updating our ATS - Jobadder
- Reposting job ads
- Using LinkedIn and Talent Pools to identify top talent
- Recruitment reporting assistance
- Conducting background checks
- Assist with visa applications
- Sending contracts
- Assisting with onboarding
- Assisting with inductions
- Liaising with agencies
- Assist and coordinate talent attraction initiatives with universities, schools, sponsorships etc.
About you - Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field are ideal, but not essential
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an internal HR setting
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, such as JobAdder, is a plus but not a requirement
