Are you an experienced Dozer and/or Scraper operator looking for a great local opportunity in the Peel region with a supportive team environment?

We’re seeking experienced Dozer & Scraper Operators to join a high-performing civil and mining project team for local work in the Peel region. This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent day-shift work with long-term potential for operators who perform well and demonstrate strong safety focus.

Role Details:

• Roster: Monday to Friday
• Shift Length: 10.5-hour day shifts
• Project: Long-term pipeline for strong performers across various sites including Alcoa and Boddington
• Location: Mandurah/Peel region

What We’re Looking For
To be considered, you will have:

• Proven experience in civil or mining operations
• Competency operating D10/D11 dozers and/or CAT 637 scrapers
• Valid tickets / VOCs
• White Card
• Valid driver’s licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork and communication
