We are currently seeking Process Workers / Manufacturers to support production within the Gold and Silver Fabrication team.
  
About the role
Working within the fabrication department, you will assist in the manufacture of gold and silver products while operating specialised production machinery and maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
This role suits candidates with manufacturing, fabrication or process plant experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery including casters, guillotines, rolling machines, blanking presses, conveyors and furnaces
  • Perform manual handling and physical tasks including lifting, pushing and moving materials up to 22kg
  • Conduct quality inspection and product measurements using precision instruments and visual inspection methods
  • Record production data and complete process sheets to meet manufacturing KPIs
  • Maintain clean and safe work areas in line with operational procedures
  • Follow operational procedures and work instructions provided by Leading Hands and Supervisors

  
Skills & Experience

• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication or process plant environments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow strict procedures and work instructions
• Good numeracy and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Strong safety awareness

  
Requirements

• Completion of Year 10 or equivalent
  Ability to obtain a National Security Clearance
• Valid Australian working rights
  Ability to work shift work and occasional weekend hours
