Seeking a Couple and Family Counsellor to join our Caringbah mental health service and deliver person‑centred, relationship‑based support.
We’re excited to introduce a new Couple and Family Counsellor – Mental Health role based in Caringbah. This role is ideal for a qualified clinician who values relationship-centred, person-focused care and enjoys working as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team supporting individuals, couples and families experiencing mental health challenges.
Why this role
This is an opportunity to be part of something new and purpose-driven, helping to shape how integrated, relationship-based mental health care is delivered within an evolving service model.
The Hub operates as a ‘no wrong door’ entry point for adults and their families to access information and services, designed to empower, support and improve psychological and physical health, and social and emotional wellbeing. Within this model, the role contributes to accessible, coordinated and relationship‑focused care across the mental health system.
You’ll work in a person-centred, multidisciplinary environment that brings together clinical, peer, cultural and community expertise to provide coordinated, relationship-focused care. The role operates within a shared practice framework that encourages interdisciplinary collaboration and learning, with day-to-day service delivery supported by Grand Pacific Health in partnership with RANSW and Odyssey House.
You’ll enjoy a role that offers variety, professional support and genuine collaboration, while allowing you to use and strengthen your expertise in couple and family work within a broader mental health context.
