The Role
You will act as an operational partner to store managers, helping them deliver strong commercial performance while maintaining high standards across the network.
Key focus areas include
- Supporting store management teams
- Identifying and resolving operational issues quickly and independently
- Driving consistency in standards and customer experience
- Monitoring store performance and implementing improvement plans
- Supporting store openings, refits and expansion projects
- Acting as a visible and approachable presence across your sites
- Ensuring compliance with operational and retail standards
Experience Required
- Proven experience in a regional or multi site retail operations role
- Background in structured retail such as grocery, convenience or pharmacy
- Strong people management and coaching skills
- High emotional intelligence and excellent communication ability
- A solutions focused mindset with strong problem solving capability
- Commercial awareness and experience managing store performance
- Comfortable working independently in a field based role
- Full clean driving licence
Stamp 4 / EU Passport / Citizenship is essential
