My client, an accountancy practice in North Dublin, is hiring a Corporate Finance Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a qualified or part-qualified accountant with an interest in corporate finance, seeking hands-on experience in financial due diligence, business valuations, and sell-side mandates.
 
Duties

• Prepare due diligence and ad hoc reports to support clients during transactions.
• Analyse financial statements to assess financial performance.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial information.
• Gather key data and explanations from clients during assignments.
• Create business plans, financial projections, and reports for clients.
• Conduct research and present findings to clients or third parties.
• Draft internal and external communication materials.
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships.
• Manage internal reports to track the status of assignments.
• Support various ad hoc tasks as required.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
• Qualified or part-qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent (required).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in Corporate Finance (preferred but not essential).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proactive, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
