Our Sydney Shelter in Yagoona is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our dedicated Customer Care team on a part-time basis. The Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing excellent customer service, advice, and guidance to members of the public. This position will rotate across all functions of the Customer Care team, including adoptions, surrenders, lost and found, stray intake, and reporting.
The successful candidate will be required to work on a rotating roster, including weekends.
This position is part-time and will rotate across all functions of the Customer Care Team and Shelter.
