About the Role
As a Store Manager Couple, you will:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a remote community supermarket
• Coach and develop local team members
• Drive ALPA’s nutrition initiatives
• Work closely with merchandising and nutrition teams
• Manage remote logistics, supply chain challenges, and cultural considerations

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail management 
• Strong knowledge of electronic retail systems (POS, stock control, staff scheduling)
• Certificate III in Retail or willingness to complete within 12 months
• High adaptability and cultural awareness in remote or regional settings
