THIS POSITION IS BASED IN A REMOTE COMMUNITY IN ARNHEM LAND, NORTHERN TERRITORY. 

What does your day look like as an Employment Consultant?

As an Employment Consultant, you’ll be the welcoming face for participants engaging in ALPA’s Remote Aboriginal Employment Services (RAES) program. Your mission is to provide tailored, person‑centred support that helps individuals move toward sustainable and meaningful employment, all while meeting program guidelines and key performance measures. If you’re passionate about empowering people and creating real opportunities, this role is a perfect fit.

Demonstrated experience in Employment Services, Centrelink Services, or DES Workforce Australia is preferred.
