About the Role

Join ALPA as a Quality Assurance & Compliance Officer and play a key role in shaping positive outcomes for First Nations communities. In this role, your expertise will track progress and showcase achievements against key national benchmarks-helping turn data into meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide the ALPA Remote Australia Employment Service (RAES) sites with the required reporting tools to increase performance aligned with NIAA KPI’s outlined in the funding agreement.
• Report on sites performance weekly to the Performance Support Manager.
• Work closely with the site teams to implement new processes to improve Performance.
• Undertake site audits as per the requirements set out with the Performance Support Manager.
• Provide online training to staff on the contract obligations and program requirements
• Maintain spreadsheets/formal documentation of all RAES activities.
• Work with the sites through all processes required to achieve high performance.
• Hold responsibility for ensuring ALPA’s bi-yearly Provider Performance Reviews represent the high performance of the business.

About You

• Relevant experience and qualifications in employment services,  health, human, social or community services.
• Tertiary education in Administration, Compliance or similar.
• Strong relationship building, and communication skills.
• A strategic thinker with strong attention to detail & result orientated to drive KPI achievements
• Ability to develop strong networks
• Ability to work autonomously to achieve targets
• Flexible, dynamic and a team player
