About the Role Kirwan Early Learning Centre is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated
Lead Educators to join our team on a
permanent part-time basis, working
37.5 hours per week.As a
Lead Educator, you will:
- Guide and mentor fellow educators in the delivery of engaging, high-quality learning programs
- Ensure alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Work collaboratively with the Centre Leader to continuously enhance educational practices and outcomes for children

What you’ll need to succeed: - Studying (50% completed) or completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Current First Aid Certificate Including CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis or ability to obtain before commencement
- Understanding and knowledge of National Quality Framework and My Time Our Place Framework
- Ability to learn new systems and child care management software
