Cowtown is a retailer of pet food and supplies, western wear, boots, animal health products and feed products in Western Canada. Cowtown is a Wrangler flagship store with over 5,000 pairs of jeans in-stock and carries Saskatchewan’s widest range of western saddles and tack. Cowtown Regina is currently seeking:
 
Position: Retail Associates – Cowtown Regina, SK– Full and Part Time

Our retail associates help customers, answer questions, and assist in daily store operations. In this role, you serve as a representative of the Cowtown brand and in-store experience, and play an important role in the store’s overall success. A positive attitude, friendliness, honesty and punctuality are key for success in this role.

Experience/Requirements:

• Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate and basic math skills
• Process transactions at check out
• Previous retail experience is an asset
• Serve customers by helping them select products
• Engagement of customers and sharing product knowledge
• Direct customers by escorting them to racks and counters
• Maintain a clean and organized retail environment
• Arrange merchandise on shelves and displays
• Alert management of potential security issues
• Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
• Agricultural knowledge is an asset
• Understanding of and daily adherence to workplace safety 
• Must be physically capable of lifting 25kg 
• You take pride in doing a great job no matter the task
• Have a positive, steady, and upbeat approach in day-to-day tasks
• Contribute to an inclusive, motivating and appreciation centric environment for all coworkers
