Position Available: Full Time Counter Sales & Warehouse– Winnipeg, MB
We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our Winnipeg team as a Counter Salesperson. This position is essential for ensuring smooth operations and delivering outstanding customer service to our clients.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service at the counter, assisting with product selection and handling inquiries.
• Process customer orders accurately using computer systems, ensuring timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Support daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory, maintaining proper rotation and accurate pricing.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and update records to ensure stock accuracy.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and organizing products safely (up to 60 lbs).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in both retail and storage areas.
• Assist with merchandising and in-store displays, including seasonal transitions.
• Follow safety procedures and workplace standards to support a compliant and efficient operation.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth daily workflow.
• Continuously develop product knowledge, including agricultural and animal-related products, to better support customers and operations.

  Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
• Retail background preferred, with proven experience in customer service.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs (27kg).
• Familiarity with MS Office applications (Word/Excel) and other relevant computer systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Willingness to be trained on forklift operation.
• Retail experience is an asset. 
• Valid drivers license.
