Masterfeeds is looking for a Packaging Operator to join our Wingham team, where your role will be essential in ensuring our products are packaged accurately and efficiently. You’ll play a vital part in keeping things moving smoothly, from the packaging process to working with our team to maintain a safe and productive workplace. Requirements:

• Minimum one year of manufacturing experience
• Prior experience in feed bagging, feed mills, or agriculture is an asset
• Adherence to workplace safety protocols is mandatory
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25kg
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills are beneficial
• Ability to work at elevated heights as required
• Willingness to train under the guidance of the shift operator
• Previous experience in the agricultural industry or sales environment is an asset
• A strong commitment to plant safety and compliance with all safety protocols
• HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) training is an asset; training provided annually
• Positive, steady, and motivated attitude toward daily tasks
• Ability to foster an inclusive and motivating work environment
