Key Responsibilities:

• Bagging and packaging products
• Labeling and tagging items accurately
• Performing quality control checks
• Providing inventory support
• Maintaining clean and organized work areas
• Following safety procedures to ensure a secure work environment
• Collaborating with the team to meet production goals
• Overseeing daily warehouse operations and performing general maintenance
• Loading and unloading trucks per plant requirements
• Completing order fulfillment tasks in a timely manner
• Applying mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain warehouse machinery
• Coordinating and participating in daily housekeeping activities
• Assisting plant personnel as needed
• Other duties as required

Requirements:

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Capable of performing physical job duties (lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely)
• Must use personal protective equipment (PPE) and be able to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions (heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc.)
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow up as needed
•  Understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
• Experience operating forklifts
• Ability to work day/afternoon/night shift rotation.
• Shift Schedule Tuesday – Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or agricultural setting
• Trained in Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP)
• High school diploma or equivalent
