ABOUT THE ROLE

A full-time, permanent New Car Sales Manager position. In this role you will LEAD a team of Car Sales Consultants. You will be responsible for developing a strong sales team and take the lead of all Car Sales related functions. You will coach, motivate and guide the team to ensure dealership targets are met with a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.
You will also be responsible for achieving Budgets, Targets and Manufacturer Objectives including Reports.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in your new role you’ll have: 

• A proven track record as a Sales Manager with a luxury or similar Automotive Brand. 
• A strong customer service focus
• Well-developed influencing and negotiation skills
• High energy, proactive, resilience and with a competitive mindset
• Mature and emotionally level approach to Leadership 
• A Manager who wants to grow with the business and be part of a winning environment
