We are seeking an experienced Contact Centre Representative/Team Administrator to provide effective, confidential and high-quality administrative and customer service support to the PCSS Manager, Social Workers/Case Workers and Contact Centre Team.
This is a busy and varied role where no two days are the same. You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients and stakeholders while also providing strong administrative coordination to ensure contractual, reporting and service requirements are met.
This role is based at our Manukau office, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.
