This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive multidisciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists, Dietitians and Psychologists, while playing a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience.
About the Role
Our Office Managers are at the heart of our clinics, ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly while leading and supporting administration teams to deliver outstanding service.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Creating a welcoming and professional experience for every client from arrival to departure
- Supporting clinic operations to ensure an efficient and positive working environment
- Leading and mentoring administration team members
- Assisting Practice Leaders with daily operations and workflow management
- Managing appointments, patient communications and general administrative tasks
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service and client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For We’d love to hear from people who: - Have strong leadership and people management skills
- Thrive in a team environment while also working autonomously
- Are highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Enjoy improving systems and processes
- Bring a positive, proactive and solutions-focused attitude
Experience in reception, administration or office management within the medical or allied health industry will be highly regarded.
Preferred skills and experience:
- Experience using medical software programs such as Gensolve and HiCaps
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and emotional intelligence
- Relevant qualifications in administration or business management (preferred)
