About the Role
Sports & Spinal is seeking an experienced Women’s Health Physiotherapist to join our Brisbane team in a full-time permanent role, working across our North Lakes, Redcliffe, Morayfield and Chermside clinics.
This role is ideal for a clinician who is confident in women’s and pelvic health, values high-quality, patient-centred care, and is looking for flexible hours within a supportive and well-established allied health environment.
We are open to structuring the role as either a fully dedicated Women’s Health caseload or a mixed caseload combining Women’s Health with general musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, depending on your experience, interests, and career goals.
You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Podiatrists, Remedial Massage Therapists, and Dietitians, managing a caseload focused on:
- Pelvic health and pelvic floor dysfunction
- Pregnancy and postnatal care
- Women’s musculoskeletal conditions
- Education, prevention, and long-term wellbeing

Key Responsibilities - Deliver evidence-based Women’s Health and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy services
- Conduct thorough assessments and treatments, including internal pelvic floor assessments (with consent)
- Support patients to improve movement, function, and quality of life
- Manage patient journeys and outcomes using best-practice clinical reasoning
- Promote patient health, education, and long-term self-management strategies
- Collaborate with the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care
What You’ll Bring - Bachelor or Masters of Physiotherapy
- Full General AHPRA Registration
- Postgraduate training and experience in Women’s / Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
- Confidence with internal pelvic floor assessments
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Professional insurances and willingness to undergo a Police Check
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Disability Worker Screening) or willingness to obtain
